North Pacific Seeds, Inc. commenced business in 1991 and is a daughter company of South Pacific Seeds Pty. Ltd. (Australia). Initially producing only lettuce seed NPS quickly earn a reputation as the leading custom producer of virus free lettuce seed in the USA.  We have a staff of experienced Seed Production Specialists with an extensive range of technical knowledge and a large grower base. All crops are either produced directly by NPS or produced by experienced growers under our direct supervision.

NPS is privately owned. It is involved solely in contract seed multiplication and has no breeding activities. The NPS staff uses a sophisticated coding system to assure customers of contracting confidentiality. Stock seed use is monitored and reported.

The company headquarters is located in the city of San Joaquin, California where it has extensive range of seed cleaning and processing equipment to handle a full range and size of crops.  A field office serving Coastal California is currently located outside of Lompoc, CA.
